Hi Doug, I just had the same issue. I called NPT snd had a representative come out to Look at my pool. My contractor did t even use stonscapes, which was in my contract snd used Florida plaster which is a totally different type of installation.

From what I remember, they put the plaster on, left it over night, then acid washed it following day and put several Oh my hoses in the pool to fill it. Then came back 5 days later to put chemicals in it, brushed the walls, and started the filtration. So my pool was green for 5 days .

I'm in Naples , the pebbles are actually stone scapes Tropics Blue. They did acid wash it, but not evenly. I've lost all confidence in this company.

I believe my contract is pretty strong. They ignored my emails for weeks, and just last week admitted they dropped the ball. No one has come out to even look at all the issues. If that line could be fixed, I'd just assume hire another company to fix it.

It says install Tropics blue pebble tec. They installed aqua blue in error.

So if I decide I can live with the color, can the discoloration be fixed where they left the auto fill on, snd it left s line all the way down to the drain
