I think it all started when I added my husbands new cold tub. All my other devices are in °F but the cold tub is in °C. Maybe this somehow confused the app. I never had a problem with anything until a few months ago and the only change I can think of is the addition of the cold tub.

In case someone else is having the same issues as me I have figured it out. The app says its recording in ºF but its not its in ºC. I had to Log a new test result, scroll down to the bottom, select ºC and convert my hot tub or pool temp to ºC (just ask Siri she's fast at it lol). Any time I try...

Are you using the app? Is it working for you? OK I did lots of trial and error. After everything I figured it is a glitch in the temp settings. It says ºF but its recording it in ºC.

I have 4 different pools/hottubs in the app and both hottubs for sure are giving false CSIs. I have not compared the pools to the tfp online calculator I’ll do that next

This is for my hottub. I don’t track salt in the hottub so there is no value to input. The app was calculating fine until recently that’s my issue. It’s literally not making sense.

In the app I can’t add a value for salt because I don’t track it. Maybe I should delete and reinstall the app and that will help? This only started happening a little while ago for the past 3 years it was adding up fine only recently has it been doing this.

I have done this and it still doesn’t make sense. To have a CSI closer to 0 I’d need PH 7.2 TA 50 CH 150. It doesn’t add up if I put those numbers in the watergram I get -0.6 that’s not even close to each other.

This is what I calculate on my watergram, why doesn’t the app match is what is bothering me. Can I trust it for my pool and cold tub if it’s off for my hottub?
