With HK real estate prices, I've been a renter for the last 10 years. It is very difficult to leave Florida and the new pool and house especially since it's about 5x bigger than our tiny apartment in HK but unfortunately the job is in HK.

The next project for the deck is an outdoor kitchen. Planning on putting it against the wall in the covered lanai under tha balcony. There is already pre-plumbing on the wall for a sink and water.

Quick question for anyone that has used pebble whether stone or glass or combo. Is it normal for some of the glass beads to fall off? I was walking in the pool as it was filing and I noticed my feet feeling some random pieces of the glass beads that have come off. I suppose perhaps this is normal?
