FC 3.5 CC 0 pH 7.4 TA 50 CH don’t know CYA was over 30-40 but then checked a week ago and was under 30. Getting more cya test liquid Friday to check again. Think I’m going to slam it on Saturday when I can get the cya correct then slam. My water has been cloudy for about a week now

Ok so I got the ph to 7.4 and I did the overnight test....when I took the FC test a little after sundown it was 6.2ppm and at 6am it was at 5.2ppm. So It says if it’s 1.0ppm or under you don’t need to slam. Only thing is I see no improvement and I still have whatever the stuff on the bottom...

Ok so my uncle turned the pump off by accident and when I went to plug the filter back on, the return started to shoot out sand. That is what was probably on the bottom of pool.why would the filter suck sand into the pool? Also what should I do about cleaning all the sand up? Thank you
