The pool is only about 4 years old and all I know is that it passed inspection. I didn't see them lay the bond wire. I would hope it wouldn't have passed if they hadn't done all that you mentioned. Is it possible that the concrete deck/railing are bonded, but the water is not?

Would the water be clear if there was algae? I guess it could be something other than metal. I would be surprised if two bottles of metal magic only lasted one week..

I have some staining in the deep end of my fiberglass pool. The pool is white and the stain appears to be yellow/brown. I assume it is organic stains from leaves, but I do have a dolphin that I use to vacuum to once a week. Any help?
