Thanks, but I've tried all of the basic resolutions and had the installer come back out and look at it. He says it's the computer board most likely.

The control panel locked up, there is nothing in the display, and all of the lights are solid green and the keypad doesn't work.

Now the only other issue is the repair can't take place until mid June which means the pool is going to be a mess again.

Update: finally got through to Pentair. They told me to first try to go through Leslie's where I purchased the pump online, and if they don't fix issue on their end, Pentair has a case already opened for me if I need to proceed. Feeling a bit relieved.
