Sprinkler repair was included in our contract along with new zones for the flower beds around the pool. If you know it's going to get destroyed by the diggers then pull the valves and heads.

Decking got started today. We are going with stamped concrete in one color called honey wheat. Hopefully they will pour Friday or Monday. Three weeks this Thursday since they started.

The tile and rock guys finished up this week. All that is left is for them to come back and grout the tile. Looking at the tile last night i think i will have them fix a few places where its bumpy. I imagine laying the 1"X1" glass tile was a pain but i'm paying for them to do it to my level...

I'm not a framer but have done some construction before. The roof should be framed out like the picture shows. Double rafters and a header. The masons do good work. Did they flash the chimney? I don't see any flashing in the pictures.
