    Maytronics Dolphin dirty insides

I just took a closer look at my Dolphin. It has seemed slow lately. I found that inside the side covers was full of leaves. Also under the treads the wheels were covered with almost mossy stuff; probably "mulched" leaves. I took the top cover off and blasted water down the sides of the cover...

    Hot SWG box

The SWG box has been working fine for over 10 years. And it’s in the same location, so no change there. And yes, it has been bloody hot here outside of Philadelphia for the past few weeks. I will hope electric supply issue is resolved and that solves It.

    Hot SWG box

Just spent a few hours going through things. The first thing I noticed was a rather dirty switch on the display board. Some brown gunk. I cleaned that off as best as I could with a q-tip and alcohol. Then put some Deoxit (electrical contact cleaner) on the pads that are the obvious switch...

    Hot SWG box

Hmm can’t edit. It is the “low salt” and “inspect cell” lights on.

    Hot SWG box

Our Aqua Rite is acting up. Some days when I check, the “no flow” and “inspect cell” lights are on. If I turn it off then back on and reset the saline indicator then all is fine. The cell is relatively new, a year or two. I just replaced the varistor on the board. The top right hand of the box...

Inground pool coping separating, lifting from pool

Matt221, the tiles do not sound hollow. A few have deteriorated and cracked, mostly the top row and I would say less than 10%. We use a mesh cover. Stoopalini, those are logs from a neighbor's tree waiting to be split into firewood. No roots! Thanks all for the help.

Thank you Rossterman. I did just check the tile/water line. They are basically perfectly level. You may be right about the soil. I just planted a tree in the front yard and noticed our soil is quite clayey. The patio was done by landscapers, they seemed good but perhaps the base layer the pavers...

Hmm, hope this works. There is one pic standing outside the pool looking at the corner with the steps. Then three pics standing inside the pool with close ups of the coping separating from the pool.. Sorry first time posting pics here.

Inground pool coping separating, lifting from pool

Our pool is probably 30-50 years old. We redid it around 2008. Yes, we had all the troubles and confusions with the pool company. My favorite was, as they were plastering it, I asked, "When do you add the color?" We had paid a good bit more for some kind of quartz/colored surface. They looked...
