Ok, shocked once again with 340 oz more of bleach. After 30-35 minutes I did another FC test. Certainly higher this time around 2.8-3.0 ppm. Its just getting eaten up very very fast I guess. I'll have to wait until later this evening when I run to the store to get more bleach to shock again...
