If you look at the picture I posted above, you’ll notice the plates are wearing unevenly. I never noticed just until someone pointed it out to me on this thread.

Can that happen in a little over two years? My chemistry has been balanced over the time. Never had any problems keeping the water balanced over the two years. Also, why would the plates break down like that with every other plate? TIA

What I’m noticing is the service light comes on when the system switches to the positive polarity. If I simultaneously press the up and then arrow, it will force the system to switch polarity and when it’s on negative, the system function without any known issues. Has anyone encountered this...

I have a jacuzzi salt water generator that was installed two years ago. Does anyone have the same brand salt generator? Im having a hard time with my service light staying on. My pressure is fine and my plates are clean. Salt level is also adequate.
