Thank you for the responses...our pool builder came out and was thankfully able to brush it away!!

We had our pool replastered yesterday. They acid washed and began filling yesterday and when I got home I noticed this spot. The pool builder said that it would clear up in a few weeks but has notified the applicator of the spot. Should I be concerned?? We had it replastered with Miami Blue Quartz.
