My builder tells me they will patch with hydraulic cement. Would you have any concerns about this? Much appreciated.

My observation is that this is just concrete on top of dirt.

Great point Great point. As far as I can find, there is only one ecofinish installer in Massachusetts and they are very new. Something to consider.

For a lagoon shaped pool with a total volume of 29,700 gallons and 700 square feet of surface area, what would be an optimal size heater? We'd love to extend the season to include May and even early October, heating to near 80. We live in Massachusetts. Thanks.
