I use my 3” tabs in the winter while the SWCG won’t work. Over the summer, some water gets splashed out, and my CYA falls. So the tabs help get the CYA back up while providing the chlorine the pool needs in the winter.

Just heard back from Circupool. They are stating that there is nothing wrong with the power supply. Now the debate is…. Do we buy another cell and keep our fingers crossed? ($700 gamble) Or do we buy a whole new unit? ($2000) and no idea how long it will take to get one.

Me Too! But they have shown zero interest in this problem. Just constantly blaming the end user (me) and “bad water”. 🤷‍♂️
