My WaterGuru stopped measuring (stopped daily measurements, manually starts produce a "measuring" message, then that just goes away and it returns to the states page....no new measurements) I replaced batteries, customer service sent a new cassette, same problem so I am contacting them again...

This is an older thread but I thought I add this here....the same exact thing is happening with my Guru today(stopped daily measurements, manually starts "measuring" then just stops and no new measurements) replaced batteries, they sent a new cassette, same problem so I am contacting them again...
