I'm in the Dallas area and we have had a ton of rain this spring. I'm having a hard time keeping the salt level in my pool around 3,000 ppm. I'm assuming it is because of the rain and anyone else having this issue? The last 2 summers I added two bags of salt and was good for the summer.

This is coming from the spa bubbler, so not a big deal. Just don't recall seeing these last pool season.

I held down the pool, spa, and menu button for 10 seconds and nothing happens.

Has anyone seen the below message on their Jandy Heater? I can not get pass this message and none of the buttons work. I turned off the power at the breakers for a few hours and did not help. Appears to be locked on the start up screen?

It appears water is leaking from inside the spa thru the mortar, between the spa waterfall stone and plaster. Water is dripping out underneath the spa ledge into the pool. The leaking will stop once the water line reaches the plaster. I want to seal the mortar and what would be the best product...
