I use the Taylor salt test to verify my SWG level which so far has been in agreement within 100 ppm. I will continue to test independently during the time my SWG is functioning but wanted to know if it were reasonable to not test during the winter.

I cut everything off & shut the valve then fired everything back up. Pump ran fine but had some air coming out of the returns but that eventually stopped. The pump basket filled with some debris again which I assume came from the filter?

Got in a hurry cleaning them out & accidentally started the pump with the high pressure release valve on the filter open. Any harm done?
