leak at the mastertemp heater port/manifold junction?

it looked fine, and I lubed it and shoved it back in the extension before screwing it back on. but it shouldnt be too hard to find a new 2" ring and replace it. will try that.

leak at the mastertemp heater port/manifold junction?

Dang still a drip. Will have to try again tomorrow. It’s either still the output port or the castle. Can’t make things much tighter… not sure what the issue is. Seems like the leak is on the seam between the manifold and the small extender piece.

leak at the mastertemp heater port/manifold junction?

Ya so taking the top one off allowed me to wiggle things enough to get it apart. Cleaned and lubed it all and re-assembled. Seems ok but the area still wet so need to give it a day. I also wondered if the castle might not have been tight enough and it was leaking down and looking like the...

Is there a part that I can use in place of the pressure switch to get flow signalling like you mentioned? I agree with you.

Hi @JamesW, see this photo, does it show what you are looking for? this is looking into the chamber that holds the thermal regulator that I swapped today. I had made a video of it. I think I deleted it. I can do that again. How can i determine what my flow even is? I feel like I must have...
