Does anyone have experience with this device? I'm looking for a simple way to set up and control pump run times and it seems as though this might fit the bill? Is it fairly easy to install? I don't have a heater, spa, waterfall, etc; I just want something to set a run schedule and control it remotely if I need to. The pump is a Jandy variable speed.

Thanks

Thanks. I did look at the install manual; it seems pretty straightforward. HOWEVER (maybe you can answer this for me?): The RS485 connector is already occupied. I'm assuming it's connected to the JEP-R controller? And there's only one DIP with switches labeled "3" and "4".

I'm assuming I need to disconnect the JEP-R controller as it won't be used but what's the deal with the DIP switch? The install instructions clearly state it should be either a a 4 or 5 position switch; clearly it isn't.

Yes, you disconnect the JEP-R. Leave the dip switches - OFF OFF.
