Hi there, my pool co installed a Jandy variable pump epump to my system but I see no way to control it in iaqualink. I don’t have any prefilled labels and when I choose vsp spd1 in the scheduler it won’t turn on but if I chose filter it will. Or replaced a single speed motor and feels like maybe it’s setup the same way? How can I get control over the speed and get the system to register it? Than you!

What does it show when you press the Status button on the bottom menu of the web interface? This will show the attached RS-485 devices.

You may have one of the newer self addressing Epumps that show up as pump addresses 5 through 16. If this is the case you will need to setup the pump using the iAquaLink app as the web interface doesn’t support pump addresses greater than 4.

Show us what the status button shows and then we can go from there.

I think the board Rev level determines which pump addressing is used:
  • Rev W or later with old pumps use addresses 1 through 4
  • Rev W or later with new pumps use addresses 5 through 16
  • Rev V or earlier or later with all pumps use addresses 1 through 4
