Spa heater

When I run my spa the heater won't auto stop at the set point.
When I heat the pool the heater stops at the set point.
Any ideas what needs to be adjusted?

I completely forgot I had posted this. I'll take a few pics.
This is a new problem, It worked correctly. This is new to me; I have owned it for about 1.5 years.
