I believe my subscription to Pool Math is up to date. I can find nowhere to confirm this in TFP. When I try to add a new log I get the Pop-up that tells me a Premium Subscription is required. I have emailed the TFP help site two times. Both times I received an identical robo response telling me to select the Restore Subscription button. Done. I am then told that No Subscription Found. Over the past few years I have changed both my address and email. TFP recognizes me right away. It's pool Math I'm having trouble with. Can any real live person help me with this? Thank you.

Can you respond with your account number found in the “about TFP” section? Looking at the info found under your email address you emailed from it’s showing an active subscription already in use.

I'm sorry, I can't find my account # in the "about TFP" section. I'm sure I have an active subscription to TFP, it's the Pool Math subscription I'm looking for. Am I understanding you correctly?

Follow this path……

Menu in upper left > About TFP > Account ID
I'm pretty good with this computer stuff but I need clarification here. I do not see "menu in upper left" or "about TFP" anywhere. Upper left of what page? I really feel stupid about this. I guess I need you to walk me thru this.

OK, gotcha! It's all in the Pool Math page.
tfp-229328.
It says Subscription expiry Date November 7th 2021, but I have used Pool Math earlier this year and for a couple of years before this so there is something wrong with this.

Stop the presses! New information.
Although I have Pool Math on my phone I don't use it there.
I thought I'd give it a go and it works beautifully on my phone.
Is this valuable info for you to help get it to work on my desktop?
Expiry date on phone shows November 24 2025

Thanks for the update. The PoolMath application for desktop is quite outdated and is nearing its end of life. It’s known to have issues and doesn’t receive much maintenance at this point. We do have plans to replace it with a new tool, but that’s still in the testing phase.

In the meantime, we can try a few steps to see if your subscription details sync up properly. Can you please try logging out of the desktop version of PoolMath and then logging back in? Sometimes that refreshes the subscription status and may get it working again.

Well that's a bummer. I like the larger format. Oh well, I'll get used to the phone. Thank you very much for sticking with me on this.

@Leebo if he wants a larger format, can't he just use the web version? (Link below)

OK, that works for me. It was the shortcut on my desk top that took me to what was, I guess, an older version. This link you posted takes me to a PoolMath that looks much different than the one I'm used to. Thanks

Do realize that version is still in 'Test' mode. You may find bugs or non functioning areas.
I use it and so far the basis functions (data entry, calculations, etc) have all been accurate.

I hesitate greatly publicly promoting this version much as I know there’s still very large errors. We do plan on building this and improving this more in the future, but the amount of errors and untested areas in the page makes me hesitant to greatly promote it without a major warning that it is VERY MUCH still a work in progress.
