Spa drain leaking

Our deck near the spa has settled approximately one inch causing a few issues. We turned off the spa return and water completely drained in five days. The drain is holding water, so it seems the leak is where the plaster meets the drain. What is a good way to fix this? There appears to be separation in the top right (12 to 3 on a clock).
