Help - 3 weeks without pump

My Omni panel blew up, along with all the pool panel, and I’m waiting for the repair - they are refusing to warranty it because I have a mosquito misting system. Anyway that’s another story. Hoping to have it resolved this week.

3 weeks without a pump. Been adding liquid chlorine and maintaining my levels. Running the robot daily. I had a sump pump dropped in the pool yesterday will also run that a couple of hours in the afternoon to get the water moving.

Pool is slightly cloudy as of yesterday. Some CC this morning. Not sure what to do. Can anyone help? I want to avoid an algae breakout while I wait for this repair.

I had a similar situation happen during a hurricane, I used a submersible pump and connected it to my pool pumps bypass with a flat 2" pool hose. Not nearly as powerful as my SuperFlo pump but running it 24/7 definitely helped.

Keep fc on the high side (like 10ppm or a scootch above) and keep doing as you are with the bot & the pump. Along with brushing.
Does your bot have a pleated fine filter?

It is a polaris and I upgraded to the superfine filter - but it’s not pleated. I’ll bump my chlorine right now.
