Not exactly sure what you were implying but a SWCG makes a set of amount of FC for every minute it is running. Running at low speed or high speed does not affect the SWCG output so long as it activates the flow switch- only how long the pump is on.Which if that's true, could I run at the lowest setting 24 hours? And use the higher setting after heavy rain, social gathering, etc?
If anyone knows any differently, please don't hesitate to correct my information.
Once you install everything, you will run the pump at for example 1200rpm. If the SWCG turns on then that is great, if not, increase 100rpm and see if turns on. Continue until the SWCG is on then at 100 rpm to allow for changes. This becomes the minimum RPM to create chlorine.
