Any idea how to fix that? This is seemingly out of the blue and I don’t see any visible destruction of the intelliValve wiring to the console.

This happened to me a few weeks ago. Mine was a board spike from a new router that was direct cat5 to panel. Hope its not this Right by the heater plug in it had blown 2 capacitors

My indoor internet router was switched out. My panel has a direct cat5 wired to my panel apparently it spiked my board with power surge and that caused me the same issue

What system has the 4A fuses you are blowing?

Please tell us the specific model equipment you have?

It’s the intellicenter panel that has a separate fuse for the valves. It keeps tripping
The IntelliCenter has a 4A Circuit Breaker for the valves that trips.

Disconnect your valve actuators from the board, examine the wires to the actuators closely for signs of damage, test if the system works with the actuators disconnected, then connect them one at a time to the board and see if you can identify the defective actuator.

This was perfect advice and I figured out which valve has the issue. Is there a way to fix the valve or do I need to replace the valve?

What model actuator is the problem?
