I purchased 2- 1.5 HP Calimar pool pump.I set pool motor speed tp 3100RPM. I have 15,000 gallon pool.

My questions area:

1. Pool sweeper runs very slow
2. Had to disconnect Jandy Aqualink system and directly wire Calimar Pump? Is there a interface that will work with Jandy AquaLink?

1. Waterfall running on pump #2 and its barely pushing the water over?

What pumps did you replace? Brand, model, HP? You are experiencing the limitations of those low-priced pumps.
Automation adapter (Blue Torrent, Black & Decker and Calimar are the same pumps):

Welcome to TFP.

What model pumps did the Calimar pumps replace?

The Calimar performance graphs say at 3100 RPM on that 1.5hp you could hit a flow rate of 85 GPM with a head of a small 10 ft., that’s a lot of water. Maybe some other problems are influencing the flow? Size of pipe? A clog? A leak? Is the pump maintaining prime?

You could install a flow meter on the outbound side of your pump to see the flow level going into the filter? These Blue-White meters are pretty good when properly mounted, and a good validator of what’s going on.

Maybe put your filter in recirculate/bypass mode to see if your filter is of any issue?
