1st, it is an old pool. built 2002. I have replaced a couple of the pool timer modles over the years, but it appears the relay socket underneath has expired (burnt up)
I also just replaced a swollen run capicitor on the pump motor.
Motor is stopping after about 10 seconds of running. 2 speed motor, both speeds stopping..
1st, what does this relay do?
2nd relay appears cracked as well.
So I was going to replace the box, relay and timers. But I dont see a replacement in Intermatic site with a relay listed. (or I can't find it)
any part number or guidance would be appreciated.

Those relays do not come with the T10404R and are not Intermatic parts.

The box provides a place to install other wiring devices.

Post pics of the relays.

Thanks, I finally drew a full wiring diagram of my own to figure out what they were using it for.
the relay was NC, so that was wired low speed. and when on high speed, it passed the leg to the Booster pump. the Relay socket and Relay were IDEC brand,
IE the Booster only runs on High speed.
Probably just upgrading the pump to a Variable speed, the motor seems to be bad as well.. Time for an upgrade.
