The lot number. Year is 2023. Day 341 is the 341st day of the year, which is December 7th.
You need chlorine and you will be using it quickly so I would buy it.

My FC just read 3.5, it was 2.5 in 20 minutes after the bleach add. Maybe it took a little longer for that to circulate.

Lots of us like to run our pumps 24x7 at low speeds and continuously filter, skim, and chlorinate our pool.

FC tested 2.5 20 minutes after an addition?

And when did it test 3.5?

Looking back at PoolMath logs, I did FC test at 3:20pm and got 0, water didn't turn yellow. Added Clorox bleach 1Gal at 3:55pm, retested at 4:17 and got FC 2.5. Another test at 7:57 and it read FC is 3.5.
pH stable around 7.5.

Speed 1: 1150 rpm, speed 2: 1750, speed 3: 2300, speed 4: 2875 rpm.

If you added dry stabilizer it can take a few days to show up in the CYA test.

Do you see plaster dust still in your pool? If so leave it at 2300.

If your water is crystal clear then try speed 2.

Speed 3 is better when you are dissolving solid chemicals like CYA or salt.

Today is day 5 and I did notice reduced dust in the evening scrub. I'll let it run at 3 couple of more days and hopefully no more dust.
Water does look crystal clear and blue in the morning...very enticing

I'm trying to add the chlorine I got from home depot. It says Sodium Hypochloride 10% but PoolMath doesn't list that option. What do I select there?

Use Bleach and set 10% as the percentage.

Day 6 results:
FC 2.5, pH 7.8, TA 60, CH 200, CYA 40

TA has dropped from 80 on Apr 3rd when I added the baking soda. It was at 70 last few days and at 60 today.
CH is holding steady at 200.
I bumped CYA from 30 to 40 yesterday and it showed up in test today.

Added chlorine to get to 5ppm per the FC/CYA chart. MA added to lower pH to 7.6.
Do I need to do anything to TA? Add more baking soda to raise it back to 80 or leave it like that at 60? NPT startup says keep TA at 80.
