Pool coping all came out

Can you grout the joints? Even unsanded grout might be ok in a super thin joint.
I'm not sure. Here are some pictures to give a better idea.

The joints vary between 1/32"-1/16", with just a couple at 1-8". From what I've read grout will crack, hence I'm considering caulking them with either the same self-leveling polyurethane sealant as the expansion joint, or the regular polyurethane version that is also water immersible but less runny (which I will also use for caulking the coping/pool tile line around the pool). I haven't seen anybody use that for grouting that so I don't know if it's a bad idea, or even doable with joints that small.

I was also considering taping the bottom of the overhanging coping edge and fill with polysand, but I think this may be too small for polysand as well.

Mortar is better in coping stone joints.

Grout cannot withstand the weather as well as mortar.
Saw your answer after replying. My reserve with that is that I don't want the gray lines to ruin the look (unless I sprinkle sand on top to color match?). The sealant would be tan color so it would blend in well. I wonder if it could be resistant enough if I also sprinkle a little bit of sand at the top of the joints to protect the sealant from the sun?

Sealant generally doesn’t work well in very thin spots. The mortar can be colored.
