Heater advice - Atlanta

we are in need of a new natural gas heater. 20x40 salt pool in Atlanta. I’ve called numerous pool companies and no one seem interested in selling a heater.

Seeking advice
1. What’s the best model? I’ve received two consistent recs: Hayward Avia with nitek r404a and Jandy Jxi400NN. Anything else I should consider. I have no automation running now.
2. Recommendation for installer. I could order any of these online and sent to my house. Gas line has been pressure tested by plumber. Pretty plug and play for someone who knows what they are doing.

RayPak makes the Avia heater. RayPak, Pentair, Hayward, Jandy all make good, similar, heaters.

I can only tell you what I did. Found the gas heater I wanted online (for me, that was Pentair MasterTemp) and had my HVAC contractor install it(I.e. a professional installation). Read the warranty information for your heater of choice, so you’re clear on what’s covered and for how long.
