My home recently survived a hurricane, but many systems including my iAqualink 2,0 connection to my Android phone went "offline". I followed the instructions for resetting the connection by toggling the wired/wi-fi switch back and forth and then choosing the iAqualink hotspot internet on my devices network selection screen. The iAqualink connected, but showed "connected with no internet" and did not redirect me to the Zodiac router selection screen. After trying this several times and asking my pool guy for help, I finally called Fluidra (who handles iAqualink support) at 800 822-7933. I talked with a very friendly support rep who informed me there was an un-documented extra step for Android phones. Basically, after connecting to the iAqualinks local network, you have to then open your phone's browser and type in the address bar either "a.com", or if that doesn't work key in "192.168.4.1". A.com didn't work for me, but after typing in the 192.168.4.1, the Zodiac router selection screen opened and allowed me to select my home internet network. Bingo, I had reset my connection! P.S. The connection message "connected with no internet" is a valid connection.
