Manual override on Woods pool timer not working

We just had our heater and pump timers installed and rhe heater timer is already screwed up, it won't hold the correct time. We also noticed the pump timer kept shutting off ot not working. I added CYA to my pool yesterday and used the manual override to make sure the pump ran for 24 hours. I woke up this morning and the pump is off, the manual override switch is in the off position. Does anyone have any ideas?

It is a Woods mechanical timer, model number 59101R

Post pics of your timers and equipment showing the wiring.

Your hot and load wires may be reversed so when the time times out and shuts off it kills the timer too. Pictures of the wiring like requested may solve the issue.

Manual override switch only stays on until the next timer event, same as an Intermatic. Its working as it should. For 24 hour operation all the pins would have to be set to the "on" position.
