How powerful should the jet be going into the pool?

I'm wondering if there's an issue with my pool/pump size? I can feel the jets outputting underwater, but I see no visible indication that it's outputting? I mean, should I be seeing water flowing around like in a jacuzzi, or is seeing nothing OK?

I know this is going to sound terrible, but I recorded it after setting it up by writing it down on the documentation, and now I can't find it.

All I remember is that it was in the green, and still is in the green.

Just checked @woodyp, it's actually slightly in the yellow right now at like 0.4 on the gauge.
