Why is my solar touch throwing errors every couple days- pump alarm Solar pause. No changes in pump schedules. No power outage. Not manually turning pump off. It’s completely random. Some days it works some days it alarms.

• - 1. “Pump Alarm Solar Paused” alarm will display when the IntelliFlo has been manually stopped or has stopped on its own.
• - 2.“IntelliFlo Pump Com Lost” alarm will display when the IntelliFlo communication cable is not properly connected or if power is lost to the IntelliFlo pump.

Connected from solar touch via comm wire
Does anyone have a picture of the panel behind the screen on their solar touch ? I called Pentair and they told me it might be the wiring comm cable from pump. All the Pentair comm wires have 6 wires I am seeing. My solar touch only has 2 going to the first two comm ports.
RS- 485 connector has only the black and green wires going to the solar touch panel. Could this be why ?
Can I buy a new comm cable 350-122 and attach all 4?
And the cable range from 30-180 online. And all look the same. What’s the deal here
