I have Hayward equipment and my system reports zero salt. I assume my salt producer has failed. I googled the above and it’s out of stock in most places so I was thinking maybe there is a better or newer version for a 40k pool?
This is the basic information we need to know in diagnosing a problem:
- Report all readings when you..
- Move the switch from auto to off and check all of the readings.
- Move the switch back to auto and recheck the readings.
- Move the switch to off for a minute and then back to auto and recheck the readings.
What is the reading?I purchased one of those electronic salt meters and indeed it is not low.
Rather then making us guess what equipment you have please create your signature with details of your pool and equipment so that we can give you the proper advice.
This what I believe I have. Let me know if I didn’t include any relevant details
