Hi guys, my S200 stopped working. A soon as i power on the power supply even before activating a program my s200 gives a steady blue led. No movement or pump motor action.

Ive checked the brushes, replaced the servo. Nothing..

Any idea what could be wrong?

If you are not initiating anything but the power supply is sending power to the robot, something is wrong with the power supply.
How old is the equipment?

Maybe a stupid question but it’s not in automation mode is it? Anything happen if you push the blue power button?

Also have you checked the swivel fitting?
They can get corroded and fail.

Curious what you find, my SE is about 3 years old also and I hope it keep going.

Ill check the swivel tomorrow.

How can i check for automation mode?

Usually if it’s automation mode unplugging and re-plugging will cause the robot to start.
It basically tell its to start and stop when power is applied.
Also in automation mode it may only run 2 hours and stop. So my smart plug tells it to run 1:50 and stop then I can start it again.

Mine hasn’t broke but I have found a little algae inside the swivel. I take mine apart and apply pool lube on the cable where it seals a few times a year

Ive found the problem. Control board inside the motor unit has water damage. It aint much but its just next to the control chip.

Seems like the boards aren’t sold separately and are hard to find 2e hand.

Iam afraid i have to buy a new unit or a new motor.

That’s Matt’s complaint, you can’t buy parts and they don’t seem to hold up.

I love mine but my Polaris pressure lasted forever and I thought that $140 rebuild kit was a rip off.
It didn’t get the pool as clean but ran off the existing pump pressure so ran 24/7
