One more question!
I’ve been having an issue with my bonding of my pool. I can feel a slight tingle when I touch the stair rail and water.. but no tingle when I touch the ladder and water. Which leads me to believe the ladder is bonded but the rail isn’t.
My question is, how do I test that is the case? If it is the case, would replacing the rail with a non metal one fix it?

Attached is what my copper bonding looks like FYI.
Note: reached out to a couple electrical companies still waiting on hearing back.
