I was installing my SWG yesterday and noticed that there was a green wire not connected to the grounding block in my timer box. I traced the wire back to the pool lights and pool pump.
Both pieces of equipment are bonded, however I am not sure if that means they Should not be grounded as well. I’ve always thought they had to be grounded but maybe I am missing something.
Or, the electrical installation that was supposedly inspected by a third party is incorrect.
Thoughts?
