My concrete deck is in need of cleaning, visible mildew? What chemicals can I use that won't mess up the water if it gets introduced during the cleaning process? Thanks for any advice!
Sounds like it’s a bit too powerful. I have one of these and doesn’t do any damage.Used pressure washer last year with less than adequate results (it tore up the surface even though I used the surface cleaner attachment with the spinning head). I can feel grit on the surface now. I want to scrub with a brush and rinse.
I would try it without the surface cleaner attachment then. I use my widest tip (45 degree) and it’s not so bad. It might take longer then the surface attachment but your less likely to damage anything. It will be a lot faster and easier then spaying bleach and scrubbing with a brush.Mine is small but it does generate 3100 psi.
Neat! Ryobi comes out with all kinds of weird useful stuff all the time… haven’t seen that one yet.I agree with @Orion7319. I would spray bleach and let it sit for a few minutes. Then hit it with a weak pressure washer.
If you want to try a brush, this is my new favorite cleaning tool.
