OmniLogic App Problems

Hello everyone!

I control my Hayward Heater with the OmniLogic App. Now when I have the spa pump on and turn on the spa heater, the app actually tries to turn on the pool heater. The light by the pool icon comes on.
If I manually toggle it to spa mode it will turn on, but I cannot change the temperature or turn the heater off with the app.
Everything is functioning fine for pool mode. Anyone know how to fix this?

I think something is funky in your OmniLogic configuration.

Your pool heater and spa heater is the same heater or do you have two heaters?

Is this a new pool? Has this ever worked properly? What is the story here?

The pool is new to me and I’m a first time pool owner. My pool and spa share the same heater.

Everything was working fine until the OmniLogic App (iOS) updated. When the update happens last week all of my pump schedules were deleted, and the minimum pump speed for the heater was reset.
I have fixed the minimum pump speed issue, but now when it turn on heater in spa mode it activates with a light by the pool icon and since in spa mode (spa pump configuration) the heater does not start.

Currently pool heater still working.
