Child fencing around in ground pool

Daughter's new home (to her) has an existing in-ground pool with cement sidewalk around it.
There are grey plastic inserts in the concrete, presumed to be for child fencing placed around the pool perimeter:

Any idea what brand names to look for?
Is this a DIY project?

Thanks in advance!

How many of those are there? Are you sure it’s not for a pool cover?

I'm going to guess it isn't for a pool cover because it appears in the photo that a pool cover is already being used since there is a strap in the upper left corner.

This is a well known company for pool fences.

The inserts look like they are 1 inch inserts. The fence industry is split about 50/50 on 1 inch complete poles and 1/4" posts. Open that insert up and measure inside diameter and it should tell you what fencing you can use. There are diy options for both types. Each hole is 30” on center. There are closer holes spaced 3” on center. I could not unscrew nor pull out the caps in the grey inserts; perhaps glued in when the prior owner abandoned the use of the fence?
Suggestions? Drill out a cap?

I would pry one out of the deck to further examine it.
