Jandy Lights in Pentair Bubbler?

I have a question regarding bubblers/lights that I am hoping someone on here can answer for me. We are having a pool installed in our home in Florida. Unfortunately, our pool builder has made several missteps along the way. We have been able to resolve most of the issues thus far, but after months of being told it was going to be addressed, they have basically told us there is nothing they are willing to do, so we are left trying to find a fix on our own. The pool was supposed to be built with all Jandy products with regards to the automation/lighting. We have a Jandy Aqualink RS controller and Jandy Nichless LED lights in the pool (x2) and spa (x1) as well as 3 Jandy LED Laminar Jets. However, the builder installed 2 Pentair ColorVision LED Bubblers with the matching Pentair GloBrite LED color-changing lights on the sunshelf. Apparently it is known to everyone except our builder this was a huge problem with regards to the automation -- the Jandy lights and Pentair lights do not ever match color except for the occasional random few seconds on a "light show" setting or if we painstakingly force the sets to match by long and tedious cycling on/off. Most times, the lights produce a harsh contrast to one another, so we have taken to not using the bubblers.

My question is this -- are there Jandy lights that will fit within the Pentair bubblers? Are the Jandy nicheless LED lights similar in size/installation to the GloBrite lights in the center of the bubblers? Originally the owner of our pool building company told us he had ordered a transformer that would allow the lights to be controlled separately (April 2021). Then he said he had ordered the appropriate Jandy lights (June 2021). Then he said "this issue is probably not going to get addressed anytime soon" (November 2021). My wife would like all the lights to be synchronized (as that is why we added them all). If that is not possible, then we at least would like to be able to control the lights separately. Can anyone tell me if a Jandy light can be installed in the Pentair bubbler and what part number I need to look for. Thanks!

Welcome to TFP.

How many relays do you have in your Aqualink? 4, 6 or 8?

Do you have an unused high voltage relay in the Aqualink?

we at least would like to be able to control the lights separately.

I think separating the light to its own control and relay is your best option. You need a separate transformer the bubbler lights connect to and the transformer is powered from an available relay.

Pentair Globrite lights are a proprietary size and no other manufacture lights fit exactly into its niche.

My builder almost put Jandy pool lights with the pentair colorvision bubbler. Was your builder Tropical Escapes by chance?
