Got a pool with a spillover spa. It leaked immediately. I was told that the line in the bottom pic was supposed to be plumbed as a return. They eventually came and packed it but a few weeks later the spa is leaking again. It's hard to believe it could be this again but I plugged the jets one night and it still dropped 12 inches. PB has come back and added more putty but it hasn't helped. Ive even tried to rig up a sealed cover using a shower rod but that doesn't slow it down either. I tried using leak dye before but not much luck. The leak slows down dramatically as level lowers and head pressure goes down. I'm ready to fill the spa in at this point. Something is leaking cause the pavers are sinking around it and pool level isn't rising.
