There's so many wires hitting it, should I remove everything neutral and ground on that bar?

The neutral can carry a lot of current, so be very careful and don't do anything that you are not 100% sure about.
Don't try to remove it with the main breaker on.
I would recommend that you let an electrician disconnect the main neutral.

FIRST turn off the main breaker then see if you can if you can remove the bar with all the bares and neutrals attached. If you can you might be able to remove the main incoming neutral lift the bar away enough to remove the neutral. Turn off your solar also so that is not influencing anything on either of the hots or neutral coming from the PC.
The main breakers off, and I'm wearing ANSI/ASTM certied class 0 rubber gloves under leather protectors. If you think I should wait, I will. It was just a rare moment when the family left the house.
Only you can decide if you feel comfortable to do this.
Being in the main panel, I would recommend extra caution.
With the solar off and the main turn off the neutral SHOULD keyword have nothing on it.
Again if you not comfortable do not do it.
Me I would pull the main neutral, then the entire bar and pull the neutral down, then the breakers just pop off and you can clear the neutral for testing. I would leave the breakers unplugged untill you are done testing and replace the neutral back into its spot. Then plug the breakers back on to the buss.

Those look like aluminum cup anchors and they are corroding quite a bit.
They will eventually dissolve completely.
Stray current might be causing accelerated corrosion.
The aluminum acts like a sacrificial anode to everything else on the bond wire.
This entire thread is proof that ‘sometimes things be like they do’………. When they shouldn’t be like they do at all.
With dissimilar metals you will get corrosion add electricity and now you have a party!

If you do wait or the power company to turn off you service by lifting the feeders and your neutral you will be killing 3 birds with one stone. As they lift one hot at a time while you measure the annoying voltage at the pool you will know if it's a feeder leaking voltage to earth. Then lifting the neutral will prove or disprove something riding on it.

If that is the case and you think you can or want do it turn off the main breaker and the solar then pull the cover of the meter and see if you can lift the neutral on the house side of the meter. If you have to pull the meter be sure not to touch the top connectors.Why weren't brass anchors used?! Grrrrrr

STAY AWAY from the top two wires. If you get caught up on those they will kill you and it will hurt the whole time.
