New Fiberglass Install - Southern NJ

One more thing to troubleshoot. I set the heater to 104 and then controlled it from the intellicenter and set it to 60 just to test it.

Noticed that it is now 64 degrees. Even though the intellicenter isn’t showing heater on, it continues to run (based on 104 setpoint).

Any ideas what to look for to address this?

Chemistry is all set. Salt is in (320 lbs out of the 392 pool math quoted). My 9 year old knows no pain and jumped in. She kicked around all the salt I didn’t brush. Robot is moving around the last remaining cup or so.

Admittedly, the salt was super clean and dissolved rather quickly (in under 40 min with minimal brushing and water movement).

No, I think you're okay as long as its off and no electricity is running thru it.
Maddie, just to clarify. There is electricity as it is currently indicating my flow is OK. The top red and green leds are flashing back and forth, however, the output in the IC is set to 0%.

Is there a certain way to turn it “off” that I should be doing? I can shut off the breaker to it, I guess.

In addition, embarrassingly, I can’t figure out how to turn off the 12A low voltage breaker for the swcg at the IC panel. Lol.

If it is an IntelliChlor SWG just turn the generation output down to the lowest %. 0 or 1.

I’m beginning to discover a potential plumbing problem. Today, I wanted to test 100% suction from main drains. The pump starved, lost prime shut down. PB said I had to open it “slowly”. So I did. Once I got to 50% main drain/50% skimmer and closer to main drain. Same thing happened.

Should I suspect a blockage in the main drain?

Is it a SVRS pump ? Mine often tripped itself when adjusting the Main/Skimmer valve. Going slow cured the trip while adjusting but when it fully closed off either side at the full stop it tripped 9 out of 10 times and there was nothing else I could do.

I can run it full skimmer (which is how it has been setup from day 1), but I cannot run it full main drain. I think the Intelliflo VSF is an SVRS pump.
