Pool Math App in IOS

Hello All,

Relatively new user, just downloaded, installed and subscribed to Pool Math App on IOS.

Problem - Pool Math App not saving input data.

I sign into App with my TFP ID & PASSWORD

I created a new pool

I used my Taylor kit, tested water, entered data, but noting was saved.

Note: My pool name and other settings plus first log I created (prior to subscribing) all save into app, but will not save FC, Salt, CYA, etc...

Help Please.

Did you create a new log by tapping "add new log" and "add test results"? Or are you adding them on the dashboard? The latter does not save the results, but gives you advice for getting to your target.

Sounds like you just need to "add test results".

Did you create a new log by tapping "add new log" and "add test results"? Or are you adding them on the dashboard? The latter does not save the results, but gives you advice for getting to your target.

Sounds like you just need to "add test results".

Nope I did not... so, seems I need a basic course on how to use the Pool Math App. Doh!!!

I just clicked on the FC, PH, CYA part of the home screen and added in my numbers.. and they weren't saved... :-(

I see now the +New Log, Add note, track $, Perform Maint, Add Chem's and LOG TEST RESULTS...

Ok, that helps... I'll have to rerun my tests and enter them correctly...

I did the exact same thing for a couple days and was frustrated with re-inputting the data. Then it clicked! "Doh!", indeed!

Update

As cubaboymatt1316 shared the app works correctly!

I'm able to create a new log add my #'s and save them and they show up in the dashboard.
