Mine was drawn to waterline and then the excavator came and did the forms 6" out from that. I'm guessing since yours are forms that it's done 6" wider than waterlin.
It may be a good time to take measurements to see if this is what was in the plans. Don't forget to figure X for shell thickness.
@wireform I was thinking of that but not sure if I will fall in doing so! Definitely the side closest to my house won't be stable enough, so will need to see how I can measure.

Hi all! Today is gunite day! I will post more pictures when done but concerned about the left part of the sunshelf, looks a little off angle. I messaged the super white has not responded and asked the gunite person (he said he would let the guys know). Is this anything to worry about? @kimkats any advice?

@kimkats Here you go. Maybe when they put the stonescapes they fix it. Just looks a bit off.
Also I am not sure if I am supposed to water gunite. One of the gunite people who came out prior to today said yes, after 18 hours can water. Asked super today and he said no. Maybe it is not hot enough?

Definitely water the gunite. We did for two weeks several times a day.
It does not hurt to water the shell. It can only help as it slows down the curing thus keeping it from cracking too bad. It might have a couple of small cracks but that is not big deal.
Now that spot. I can see it now that I know what to look for. That will be easy to "test" if it our eyes or their concrete work. Go out there with another person and a tape measure. Have that person hold the metal part of the tape measure against their shelf wall. You will hold the other end with the tape extended a bit to give you plenty of room to see what is what. Your part will go ON the top of your all. Make sure to really know where the end part of your wall hits on the tape measure.
What you will do is both slide the tape measure along the wall with the other person making sure to keep their end ON the side of the wall. As you slide your end watch to see how much your wall is off from the other wall.
You can also use a long level and slide it along the wall to see if it is uneven.
Once you see that let us know and we will go from there.

Now I’m sad I never received my links. Though I can just use the ones in this thread
@kimkats Working my way through the reading, thanks for sending the links! It says to test your hose water, or the water that is used to fill or mix the plaster. How do I test it? I have never done that so no clue what is in our water.
