Two guys. They were here for about 3 full days and part of a 4th day. My PB has all his guys specialize in different parts of the pool. So the tile guys only job is to do tile on pools every day. Seems like they get really good at their craft that way.

Hopefully, he is slow because he doing such a good job. I would rather have slow and quality work than quick with shotty work.

Exactly. He measures so many times. I told my husband I hope he's just being meticulous and extra cautious instead of unsure of himself. He speaks zero English too so I have to talk to his boss to communicate with him

Run out there and cut open one of them to make sure they are correct and not cracked.
Haha, I checked them this morning to make sure they were the right ones but only looked at the labels on the side. Now I need to go inspect them
Decking in has been a go since Monday. They are working on pallet number 10, another 4 to go. They are waiting on a gas line part for the firepit so that might have to get done later. Its a bit darker than I thought but I thought the same things with the coping when it was laid and it has lightened up a lot since then. So we will see. Still really happy with how its turning out.

Forgot to add that the stacked stone is here now. I laugh at myself looking back and putting any thought into that color pick. Now that I see the actual area it will cover, I would have just told them to send any white one over. Plans changed but if I had a really long wall, it would look amazing

@kimkats Glad, you noticed. I asked them to send the guy that rounded all the coping edges back over to do that part so it was smooth and would all match.
A storm is projected to coming over the next week. I'm hoping they can finish it all up today before that
.Good day of progress. Finished laying the rest of the pavers and cemented in the entire boarder. The firepit and bench got put together and glued down. Volleyball deck sleeves installed along with skimmer cover finished off. Stacked stone installed (I just realized I took a picture of the back the other day 
) but now you can see it on the wall where it looks better anyways. Texted my PB and asked if they can wrap it around the entire edge of the raised area (I think there is enough stone).
Still need to do poly sand but it’s coming together

Looks really good. I wish we had vinyl fences. I think it looks so nice with all your finishes.
Finally, have an update. It's been slow around here. Winter finally decided to show up in Utah for a bit. Phase 1 of the auto cover install happened today. They will come back and finish it up once the electrical is ran to the equipment pad. Was surprised they left the top of the cover pump, figured I would have to go buy that so that was a win.
