Need advice on this diagram below. Green is skimmer blue return lines with jet, black is a bench... 4 feet deep all around 8x15 1/2 because space is limited. Any thoughts on design? All pipes are 2".

I'm uncomfortable with all those (blue) returns being on one line from the pump. If something unusual were to happen to that line you'd have no circulation.
Perhaps splitting the returns up to 2 or more lines would prevent potential problems. Your "main water source" would be the spot where the blue pipe enters the 6 individual returns. Will that feed all the outlets evenly or will the furthest be lessened.

You would do better with 2 skimmers and 3-4 returns.
If you have a problem with one skimmer then your pool is shutdown. When you have two skimmers then one skimmer can have a problem and your pool is fine and usable.
Six returns on a 15 foot wall is overkill. Three returns is fine and 4 is overboard.

My pool has one skimmer and main drains. They are both individually plumbed.
Being that this is such a small pool (3.72k gallons) is this more of a spa or "Spool"?

If you are wanting to use the returns as massage jets, you may be better served to split the 6 returns into 2 sets of 3 and have separate valves to adjust each set. This should help provide better functionality. And have separate massage jets and separate returns - each with their own valves - to allow the best skimming action while also allowing the massage jets to be used when desired. With the massage jets churning the water, your skimming action will be diminished.
The skimmer should be placed on the downwind side of the pool, given prevailing wind direction. Also, have the skimmer pipe homerun to the pad - separate from the main drains ( like shown in your diagram).

Seems good in theory, but the "Massage" feature doesn't really work and no one really uses it.
I am a bit lost but I will update the diagram tomorrow based on your advise. Thanks!

That looks much better to me. Gives you many more options on where/how you want the water returned to the pool.
Skimmer placement should be on the downwind side/corner of the pool - the place where you would expect leaves on the surface to gather when the prevailing wind blows. It's up to you to determine that location.

I agree with Proavia above- figure out where your wind pattern is and put the skimmer where it will naturally take advantage of it to push surface debris towards that skimmer.

I don't have leaves but did check windy and the wind usually blows that way.

You could probably get away with massage jets in all return locations - you will just need to monitor your pH and adjust accordingly as the pH will rise with increased aeration. Are you planning for an air line with or without a blower also?
My understanding of massage jets is that the inside orifice can be changed out for different sizes to give the desired affect. Maybe another member will weigh in with more info on them.
