M600 for Curved In-Ground Vinyl Pool

Last year my WaterTech Blue Diamond died after 7 years. Instead of putting the $$ into it, I ordered an S300i. It got great reviews and loved the basked vs the bag I was use to . After a few weeks, I had to return due to it not cleaning the curved areas. It would be bands of clean, dirty, clean, dirty, etc. I was able to get an older watertech to hold me over until something else became available, but it is time to do something. Looking at both the M400 and M600 (M500 discontinued?). I don't like the M400 "baskets", but I am concerned that the M600 may have same issues with my curved sides. Anyone have some input on this, or direct experience?

Your pool bottom looks very similar to mine. I have the M400 and have not had any problems with it not cleaning the curved areas.
